I slaw, you slaw we all Cole Slaw
1 ½ Cup Shredded Green Cabbage*
1 Cup Shredded Purple (Red) Cabbage
¼ Cup Finely sliced Vaisala onion
1 Cup Shredded Carrot
2 Granny Smith apples julienned
½ Cups Dried Ocean Spray Cranberries**
2 Tablespoon Mayonaise
3 Tablespoon Del Oliva Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Lime juiced
2 Tablespoon Bff Kitchen Everything Bagel seasoning
1 teaspoon Bff Kitchen Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Bff Kitchen ground Pepper
Shred cabbages and carrot. Finely slice your onion (This is easier to do on a mandolin) Peel and julienne granny smith apples. Put cabbage, onion, carrot, and apple in a large mixing bowl. Mix mayonnaise, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, and poppy seeds in a small bowl, toss with cabbage mixture and add fresh pepper, sea salt to taste
- You can get the shredded cabbage mix in your salad section in the produce aisle if you are not feeling up to shredding cabbage.
- You can omit the dried cranberries; I use this recipe on top of my smokey pulled pork sandwich or BBQ sandwiches
