Grade A maple sugar spun into a delightfully light sugar with a taste a maple blended with vanilla bean caviar and cured for three weeks. Blended by hand, you can see the vanilla bean caviar and taste the flavor explosion.
Use in coffee, teas, whipping cream, oatmeal, added to frosting, waffles, cookies, and sprinkled over dessert fruit or tarts.
