Turkey Burgers
Saute on medium heat with 2 tablespoons of Del Oliva olive oil
½ Cup finely diced carrots
1 Cup Zucchini shredded or finely chopped
1 Cup diced bell pepper
1 Cup finely diced onion
1 Cup finely diced celery
Saute till vegetables are soft and onions are a light brown, set aside to cool
In a large bowl:
1 pound ground turkey*
1 teaspoon Bff Kitchen course ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Bff Kitchen Parsley
1 teaspoon Bff Kitchen Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon Organic no salt Seasoning (Costco)
1 teaspoon Bff Kitchen granulated garlic
1 egg
½ Pound Jalapeno Gouda shredded
Vegetable mixture
Heat a skillet with 2 tablespoons of Olive oil
Mix well and form into eight patties, fry in skillet till golden brown and have slightly crunchy edges (Cheeses will melt and turn crunchy)
Serve either on brioche bun or a butter lettuce wrap
* You can use ground chicken as well
