Since I tend to like to have prepared staples on hand, and let’s face it, this is a must have staple for me. I use this butter for the obvious garlic bread, but I also saute, braise and toss noodles with it. It is my go to when I am trying to impress or when I am short of time and have a hungry family getting restless. So I make it a pound at a time and store in my refrigerator. If I make a quarter portion I will keep on my countertop for quick use.

Garlic Herb Butter

1 Pound butter

4 Tablespoons Del Oliva Tuscan herb infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

1 Tablespoon Bff Kitchen Parsley

1 Tablespoon Bff Kitchen Italian Seasoning

2 Tablespoons Bff Kitchen Granulated Garlic

Bring butter to room temperature, mix all ingredients together.  Store in the refrigerator up to a month.  Recipe can be quartered see below

1 Cube Butter

1 Tablespoon Del Oliva Tuscan infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 teaspoon Bff Kitchen Parsley 

1 teaspoon Bff Kitchen Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon Bff Kitchen Granulated Garlic

Mix well together, use as much as you like on pasta, vegetables, mashed potatoes, braising meat the possibilities are endless
